When Teaching Candidates are learning to create lesson plans, it is beneficial to study lesson plans and instructional design models to learn to recognize and develop good ones from not-so-good ones. This process takes practice.
Chapter 3 describes one of the models: DID - Dynamic Instructional Design Model.

Dynamic Instructional Design Model
After reading Chapter 3 in the EDU 310 textbook:
- 1) Create a MS PowerPoint with 5-7 slides explaining the Dynamic Instructional Design Model.
- 2) Write the narration script in the Slide Notes area of each slide.
- 3) Record the narration script using the SlideShow Record feature.
- 4) Post the original .pptx file.
- 5) Convert the ppt presentation to a MP4 Video using the PowerPoint feature.
- 6) Upload a video (mp4 file) to YouTube.
- 7) Embed the HTML code to your YouTube video on to your Digital Technology Portfolio.
